About the Role
This is a Full-time in-site role for a Sales Manager Generative AI Solutions at Chapter Apps Inc located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of ChapterGPT-powered tools for customer facing executives, productivity scaling, cross-selling, cost reduction. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively presenting solutions to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and penetrate new markets while expanding the footprint in existing ones.
Build and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and position our AI solutions as essential tools for their success.
Utilize analytics to monitor performance, forecast sales, and inform strategic decisions.
Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and client onboarding to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand credibility.
Qualifications
A proven track record of at least 5 years in enterprise software sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS -based AI solutions is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the Insurance Sector, e-learning and AI trends, market demands, and competitive landscape.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in developing and managing sales pipelines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Global sales experience with a strong network in the e-learning and AI domains.
Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and Insurance.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
