About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure completion in a timely fashion and within budget. They will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope. They will be managing assigned work/projects end-to-end and also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project management.

They will be responsible for all aspects, such as setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed through status reports throughout each project's tenure.

Requirements

We are looking for a focused and self-motivated candidate with proven results. Compensation will be based on previous salary and as per industry standard.


Selection Criteria:

  • Education: Must be a graduate, Master’s degree/PMP/Other Certification preferred

  • Work Experience: 2 years minimum


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive Level as well as Senior Management

  • Working on Assigned Projects end to end

  • Managing project progress and adapting work as required

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
